The new UNIFLOOR 500 fully automatic floor welder is an updated and advanced version of the proven UNIFLOOR E/S models.
Suitable for welding joints in resilient plastic floor coverings such as PVC, CV, PUR, antistatic ESD floors, and sealing joints in natural coverings made of linoleum and rubber.
Thanks to its radical and sophisticated new design the UNIFLOOR 500 120v now incorporates an Automatic Nozzle Positioning (ANP) system which has been developed by Leister to automatically rotate the UNIFLOOR 500s hot air blower onto or off of the welding position by pressing the start button.
Unlike the UNIFLOOR E/S models the UNIFLOOR 500 is started by pressing a button not by moving the heat gun into position as before, hence fully automatic.
In addition, the UNIFLOOR 500 incorporates a 'Bounce Back' feature which prevents underheat welding. When the start button is pressed and the nozzle is not at the correct temperature the hot air blower will not engage fully, it will just bounce back up.
The 'Bounce Back' feature also works to prevent burning of the floor material when the machine comes to a stop. On idle, the nozzle will automatically move out and away from the floor to stop it scorching and burning the flooring material.
The Automatic Nozzle Positioning (ANP) system is also integrated into an auto end stop feature which is activated by a pressure switch on the front of the machine. When this pressure switch comes into contact with the end wall it automatically triggers the ANP system to rotate the heat nozzle and hot air blower out and away from the floor to prevent burning.

Highlights
Automatic nozzle rotation device
Thanks to Automatic Nozzle Positioning (ANP), the hot air blower can be rotated in and out automatically by pressing the start button; the hot air blower rotates out automatically on contact with any wall.
Welding rod pressure roller can be raised and locked
Thanks to the fold-up pressure roller, the welding rod can be inserted easily and without tilting the UNIFLOOR 500.
Integrated side cutter
A side cutter has been integrated into the transport axis, so users always have the right tool for cutting the welding rod.
